Indentureyt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Panama.
